*It is required for every student to have a model for the class on day 2. In the event that a student does not have a model, we offer the option of providing one at an additional cost.

**Olympus Hair Studio: Creative Buzzcut Course Refund Policy*

We at Olympus Hair Studio appreciate your business and understand that sometimes plans can change. To ensure clarity and satisfaction, we have formulated a clear refund policy for our Creative Buzzcut Course.
1. **100% Refund:** If you need to cancel your enrolment for the Creative Buzzcut Course, you are entitled to a full (100%) refund, provided the request for cancellation is made no less than 3 weeks prior to the start of the course.
2. **75% Refund:** If you cancel your enrolment within 2 weeks before the start of the course, you will receive a refund of 75% of your course fee.
Refund requests should be submitted our customer team. Upon receiving the request, we will process it and issue the refund based on the timeline of the request.
Please note that refunds will be processed through the original payment method only. Allow up to 14 business days for processing of refunds from the date of approval of your refund request.
Olympus Hair Studio reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on Olympus Hair Studio's website.
